information given helps you understand more of what is happening in and around
the school. The parents, pupils and staff are extremely excited by many of the
activities which are being undertaken at present. Hopefully you will agree that
there is a positive approach being adopted, one with the children very much
involved and with their interests at heart.

Orangefield Primary School provides a broad and balanced education for
children from Nursery to age of transfer to Secondary education. It is set in
spacious grounds in the Castlereagh area of East Belfast and is part of the
campus which comprises Grosvenor Grammar School and Orangefield High
School. We enjoy excellent relationships with both schools who are very
supportive and help to make it relatively straightforward to share facilities for
the provision of outdoor sports.

In May 2009 the school and nursery re-located to superb new buildings within
the complex. These purpose built facilities enable teachers and pupils to enjoy
learning together in a really stimulating environment. The most innovative
approaches to teaching and learning can now be employed providing each child
with the opportunity to reach his/her full potential.
