• Music Workshop Event

  On Monday 29th January, musicians from Trinity College in London, held a music workshop for all of our school musicians. It was a fabulous opportunity to experience top quality music and teaching during a morning of fun and masterclasses. Have a look at the photos!

  

• A TRUMPET PROTEGE!

  One of our P4 pupils wrote a letter to someone he admires, Dr Linley Hamilton. Dr Hamilton is a famous musician, broadcaster and lecturer and he kindly came to pay the school a visit. He played for the P4 s and he also stayed to listen to the school orchestra.

• FOOTBALL RESULTS

  The football team played 5 matches as part of their league programme on Tuesday 28th November. They played extremely well and had a really enjoyable afternoon. The won 3 matches and lost 2.

• A visit from Pudsey!

  We had a very special visitor in school on Friday 24th November. Pudsey bear came in to our assembly to receive a cheque for Children in Need.

  

• CHILDREN IN NEED TOTAL

  We raised a total of £760.65 for Children in Need through holding a non-uniform and spotty clothes day! Thank you for all of you donations!

• CHILDREN IN NEED BIG LEARNER RELAY

  As part of our Children in Need charity fundraising this year, we are going to support one of our school parents, Paul Scott, who is taking part in the BIG LEARNER RELAY. He is one of hundreds of driving instructors taking part in a relay all across the UK to raise money for Children in Need. Paul is starting the relay on 1st November and he brought his spotty car to school for some pupils to see. We will have a non-school uniform day on Friday 17th November and all of the money raised will go to Children in Need through Paul Scott and the Big Learner Relay. Thank you for your support.
